mxl v67g or v93m ??

I've read all the great reviews of the v67g, but musiciansfriend is offereing the v93m with a shockmount for 79.00 !!

Is that a good deal or should I just spend the extra 20 bucks and get the 67? I've read that the v93m is the same mic as the MXL 2003, but just a different color......

whaddya think?

I'm gonna be using the mic mainly for vocals and some acoustic guitar.

$79 is a good deal, its the same mic as the 2003......

I think the V93m is a version of the 2003 that Marshall made for Mars music. Looks like MF and American Music Supply bought the remaining stock (probably for pennies, too!). Right now the V93m would be a good deal seeing as how the 2003 is $150 new and over $100 used. It and the V67 would be good mics to add to the collection. Heck, I might get one myself!
