Mxl 990

I just got a MXL 990 condenser mic and hooked it up, and it's not working for some reason. I am running it through a Eurorack UB802, which has Phantom power, and I have Phantom button pushed and the light's on, but no sound. Am I hooking this up wrong or will the Eurorack not power it? I am new to all this and don't know what's wrong.

If you have a 2nd mic check the phantom through it. Check the mic cable too.

List EXACTLY how you have everything hooked up........ which inputs, which outputs, etc. I have the exact setup so I can prolly help ya trouble shoot.
