I was interested in picking up the mx-80 as a sub-mixer for drums for a 16 track reel to reel set-up. does anyone currently use one? what are you thoughts on it?

In brief:...
It's a great and underrated unit,... practically "sleeper" gear,... meaning great gear at a great value, that almost no one knows about, and that goes at ultra-low bid prices. An MX-80 closed about 4 weeks ago at $12.95, but you could expect to pay about $50~$70, on average. Still, that's a helluva bang for the buck!
The MX-80. It's a great unit. Get it. I have 4 of 'em, and I'd not recommend anyone do anything I'd not do myself, several times over.
