I had a 3 hr drive the other day and listened to nothing but Who down and back. I like to get on album kicks of classic rockers and listen to full albums only. It’s been awhile since I jammed on full albums of The Who. Reminded how completely underrated John Entwistle was as a bassist. Player, yes, but as a master of the instrument and what parts where and when he is one of the greats. Moon too, albeit the ever over player, which worked with Townsend’s riffs. Saw Daltry solo a coupla years ago at Seminole Hard Rock Florida. Still talented and personable and a great performer.
