Do you have any sort of computer interface, or are you recording through your computer's line-in jack? There's no way you're going to get more than two distinct tracks to record simultaneously unless you buy an interface with more than two inputs. On the other hand, you could record the tracks to your computer two at a time (panning one left and one right and using a stereo cable or splitter at the jack) and then sync them manually, although I'm not really sure exactly what steps you'd have to take in the software in order to do that.
