MS says no to me going to Win-11

My laptop is Win 11 and I don't use it for recording, so I can't offer any pros/cons on that aspect. The one PITA I'm experiencing is a lack of file sharing functionality. Win 11 just won't share files via wi-fi or BT to my Win 10 PC (Reaper use) - and vice versa. The features are there, but they don't function 'tween the twain. All devices are visible to each other and paired/connected... all of my other BT gear plays nice with both PCs, so it's not like BT or wi-fi isn't working.
Otherwise, I'm actually fairly happy with Win 11 now that I'm getting used to it.
