yes, but what I meant to say is that the return phase is not smooth, I get a little pause in the music flow, then the playing restarts normally from point A

yeah, that sounds about right, it isnt an instantaneous loop like what you would hear on an ACID loop program etc, it is more meant for rehearsals of parts or repeated punch ins. Hope this helps. Basically from what you told me it sounds like your MR-8 is working ok, it's just not perfect
