mp3's in a tape

I am trying to find the perfect way to record my mp3's in cassettes. I tried to connect the "line out" of my music card (Sb16 P'nP) with the microphone entry of my cassette recorder but the result was really bad. When i did that the speakers of the cassette recorder were making some annoying noises.

connect to the "line in's" on your recorder...not the microphone...use adaptors to fit the ins/outs....gibs

Thanx. But i think i need a tape recorder with a line in. In mine there is only a line out. (Red and White cables)
