I always make sure my stereo pisses can translate to mono well, you never know when you'll be peeing on Mtv.

Believe it or not, but that will work in an emergency. Just wrap some aluminum foil around the zip cord, and connect the foil to pin 1 of the XLR, and the two wires of the zip cord to pins 2 and 3. As long as you don't move it around a lot, it'll work just fine.

That might have worked...... but I used the last of the foil to make an emergency toilet paper cardboard tube pipe! :D
