I love this band. I've done about 9 songs for them now. They needed this because I think they're going to have a guest musician do steel guitar or something over it. Don't remember. Anyway, this is a rough mix I made last night for them to take to the guy. I've been listening to it today and think it sounds pretty good. Just wanted opinions.

Still a bit of venom in the snake skin.
A bit of humour & good word play - nice - the well may be dry but at leats the cow's still milkin'.
Nice basic mix that keeps a bit or RNR punch to it. I'd imagine the band'd be happy with it. Hope you don't have to apply to much finess to it.

Very rocking country....If you took out some of the yodelling you could call this rock-something (alt or indie maybe). It has a flexible writing style to it. Nicely done...

The mix is good as Ray said above, I can hear everything nicelyin its own space with definition in the bass and kik, tone in the guitars and leads. Vocals are right there as I like them......

I'd be pretty happy with this if it were my recording...good job....
