Hello all. Just bought mackie profx8. I use on stage to mix hurdy gurdy. I have connected my pedal board as opposed to using the on board effects. I use my aer amp as personal monitor and have connected to the monitor plug. I can hear myself through the aer, but I can't seem to make pedal effects come out of monitor as well as main output to main speakers. Thanks for any help.

Hi. More info- How are you sending your signals to the pedal effects, and how are they returning to the mixer?

There is a mono TRS FX send jack on the front panel of the mixer and mono/stereo return jacks - are you using these for your pedal board? Unless you need to add the pedal FX to other instruments, why not just go hurdy-gurdy > pedal board > mixer?

Thanks. Bcs gurdy needs 2 channels. It has xlr out into a Cornish pre amp which splits gurdy jnto 2 outs. It needs this for balance, imposs without. These 2 outputs go into 2 channels on desk. Using st return and fx send.
