Monitor hook up question?

I just purchased a pair of KRK RP-5 monitors. Here is my question.
What is the best way to hook them up to my system?
My choices are:
Directly from my sound card - Santa Cruz Turtle Beach or
from my Behringer Eurorack UB1202 Mixer?
