i use fruity loops to mix instrumental is thi wise or should i transfer them to cool edit to mix them which is more professional?

I think good recording technique will give you more professional results, more than the type of mixer you use anyway. Things like mic quality,mic positioning, proper gain structure, tuned instruments, and talent. After all a mixer is only adjusting the levels after it is recorded.
