Hey everybody! I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good mixing guides online! Anyone know of any great, quality ones? I know the basics, but I asked because I feel like there's always something else I can learn :D Either plain old text or video is cool!

If there is a specific thing you want to know or learn how to do, I would use your good friend google to help you. Mostly sound on sound as a good place to look. I have been reading 'the mixing engineers handbook' aswell as 'the recordng engineers handbook' and I have found those very useful, for the basics and going into alot more depth withot being to much of a hard read. but those are physical copies, Apparently google books has a large amount available to view. well woth looking at. tweekheadz, is also a very good place to look.

Your best and cheapest bet is just to browse the forums here. You'd be surprised how much you will learn if you just look through the forums here for a week or so.

But skip over miroslav posts.

Oh Greg...you're always thinking of me...how touching. :o

Yeah...all your one-liner "Lol@" posts are just so full of recording wisdom! :laughings:

See what I mean? miroslav is useless. All he does is follow me around, messing up threads.

Leave this one alone. See if you can muster the respect for this forum to not ruin another thread.

And you don't have to be a dick in every post you make....or do you?

YOU called me to this thread...so it's up to you to not respond...and then I won't either.
