Mixing Grunge in the 21st century

Ok so here's a band I recorded. Let me know what you think, is it radio ready? Have I gone too far with the loudness wars? Will I get women recording this way? Any input is appreciated.

Seriously loud track lol.... I listened mainly at about 30% of my windows volume control and at that level everything seemed to balance out ok. Any louder and it all just soounded crushed together and the snare was a bit brittle. The vocals are interesting - they are loud enough but it's hard to make out what he's saying a lot of the time.
