Mixing Board Knobs ...

Hi,

I just had an unfortunate incident where the knob on my mixer broke off.

Anyway, I'm going to have to buy a replacement knob for it.

And I was wondering .... any recommendations for good mixing board knobs specifically for Polka music? I just figured that maybe there might be a particular brand or type of mixing board knob that would be really well-suited to the Polka genre of music.

They've got a nice selection of knobs at Lowes. Also, I think Mackie makes something called the "Big Knob". That'd probably be cool.

That might work ... cuz my Polka band is pretty big.

I think you should just re-track the knob. Like they say (over and over and over) "you can't polish a turd"

I think getting a replacement knob would be expensive. You should polish the knob you have.
 
Umm........

So am I correct in saying that someone may have "hobbed Chessrock's knob"?
 
Can you point to a specific thread that set you over the top, that made you realize that you have had enough? :)
