What is the standard/average cost to have one song mixed and mastered? Or if anyone has had just one song mixed and mastered what was the cost?

I don't think there is a "standard" on that...
Some place are hourly, some are by the recorded minute, some are by the mix.
There are "plugins & nearfileds" guys who are less than $100 for an entire CD. There are state-of-the-art guys who are $3-500 an hour.
