all the tracks on the mixer, they can be recorded simultaneously??

Do you mean can you record all the channels from the board into one track in the software of your choice? If that is what you mean the answer is yes.

USB mixers mix down to stereo 2 track compared to a firewire mixer which can essentially do unlimited.
