Hello,
In the "save as" dialogue box I've clicked the "options" button and chosen "type 1, 24bit". I'm doing this because my mastering software is not playing my files saved as 32bit float. I've emailed their tech support for an explanation since their software uses 32bit float internally just as CE.
I don't want to dither until after mastering. Please tell me that there is no need to dither when selecting "type 1 24bit" otherwise my mastering software may prove to be useless for anything except 16bit 44,100.
Thanks,
Rusty K
