I have mixcraft and I use the ezdrummer metalheads to make beats, but I just bought a korg nanopad and I don't know how to set it up to play the beats and record them. There's a millions sounds on the ezdrummer but I usually just use basic snare bass cymbals.

I just want to control the ezdrummer(metalheads) with the nanopad on mixcraft. Mixcraft picks up the nanopad, but only a couple pads trigger do anything, like the hi hat and a cymbal. The snare and bass takes a bunch taps before they make a sound.

I recently got Native instruments and use it on Mixcraft. Unfortunately it's isn't as easy to use as I would like. I had hoped the instruments would be added to those already in mixcraft but they don't. You have to access them through the fx button. I don't know if thats the same for ezdrummer but I suspect it is. May change on the new Mixcraft 6 when it comes out. (Any day now).
