Mix for DIY video attempt

When my girlfriend gets back from her Dad's prostate operation (too much information?) I want to shoot a video for fun for this tune. Could use mixing advice because there's a LOT going on in it. She just got a nice upper end Canon DV we're burning to try out! (She's studying film)

Thanks for the input Chava. I'm thinking of mixing some footage from when I lived in NYC with footage from my Montana "expedition" and flashing between the two for the two contrasting music styles. It's more of an art project than an attempt at commercial "success." Should be fun.
