mix advice for turn back time

Are you looking for comments on the mix or the song itself?

The mix sounds kinda murky.... no depth to the tracks... over-sibilant vocals and also no sense of air or space around them.

The song itself is allright -- doesn't seem to go anywhere though... needs a lot more work on the arrangement.
 
I liked the song. What if you have a higher sounding chord progression for when you say "if I could turn back time".
