Missing UAD plugin?

I have a UAD-1 card and one of its plugins has just disappeared from the list.

I reran the Cakewalk VST adapter thing & it's in there OK, enabled etc. It also shows up in the UAD applet with the other plugs as authorised.

But no sign of it. Any ideas how I might retrieve it?
 
I had many issues with my secong UAD card. Ended up speaking to Uad people to resolve. Try reinstalling program. Did you ever try some of the free UAD demo downloads? That caused me a lot of trouble. I could not get them out of my system.It's only one plugin that does not show?

Yeah that's the wierd thing it's only that plugin. I've tried nearly all the demos without a problem. I've a feeling it's more of a Cakewalk thing as the uad authorisations are all reporting correctly
 
You mentioned you enabled it. I'm assuming you mean in the PLugin Manager.

If that's not what you meant that's what I would try if it is showing up in the VST adapter.
