Minimal-Techno Tune

Hey guys i want to present you my first minimal-techno tune and im apressiated about your opinion!
 
Balance seemed good. My only comment is, minimal or not, you really need an interesting focus, a hook of some sort. Even Mozart knew how to make a hook ;)

Your mix is good, song is good, just seems to lack something to draw you in. Maybe add some sound textures, human vocals, not sure, but keep it simple to work with the song. But the mix sounded good to me. You could use this in a club mix and it would work.
 
Hey, thank you. I thought in the song to any hook, now that you mention it. : D I'm still in the swing phase as regards Electronic Music. But I think I'll make more minimal -Techno. ;)
 
Yea, minimal can be really good, I think (I'm not expert) the key to it is to get those subtle textures of sound to get something interesting. Not sure what software you are using, but if you can get some organic sounds and then find the tones that are interesting and get them in the mix, might provide for some interesting music.

Techno doesn't have to be just tech sounds IMO.
 
yeah, maybe my next minimal mix will be have organic sounds. thats a good idea ;)
