I want to be able to track my music...

Here is the deal....

I create music with Studio Vision on a Mac.... I want to be able to dump the tracks into my PC (Nuendo)... I basically want to enable record in Nuendo and have it start studio vision via MIDI.... I know this can be done... Just not sure of the steps to accomplish this....

I have a Opcode Studio 4....

You didn't mention what format is your music ? MIDI ? Audio ? You can't dump audio via MIDI. And did you mean to sync your Studio Vision to be triggered by Nuendo ?
