Hi there,
I'm having a little problem with my MIDI in Sonar 7. The problem comes when I work with two MIDI tracks and all the sudden the patch from one channel all the sudden becomes the sound for the other MIDI even though both are separate channels?
Here's a pic showing my settings I am working with in Sonar (attached, apparently I need 5 posts to link URL's
).
Basically whenever I hit record on the "Fx" track it plays the "piano" track as the patch I have selected for "fx"? I'm new to MIDI but I am pretty sure I shouldn't need to freeze the piano track to record another one, am I right? Videos I have watched say as long as you have them on separate channels and the input echo is off it should be good to go.
