Midi notes stayed pressd

so heres my setup:

digidesign 003 rack

motif xf 8

iMac12,1

protools 8 LE

heres my problem.

i have the midi working as far as recording notes into protools and playing back...but occasionally the notes stayed pressed on and i have to close protools for it to stop. what am i doing wrong?

Hi there.

Do you use it for daw control or just as an input device for midi notation?

If it's not a control, just set your first screen shot to none. The HUI setting might be causing some kind of problem.

Whether you use it as a control or not, next time it jams like that, go in and turn off the HUI profile and see if that unlocks your stuck note.
