Hey!
I'm having some problems with Logic (Platinum 5.1) on my computer. Just bought a new sound card (SB Audigy LS2) with a game port, and I connected my keyboard (MIDI compatible Casio CT-740) to it with standard midi cabling. However there's a half-a-second delay from when I play the note to when it plays via the computer! I'd rather not have to quantise everything, so is there anything i can do? I've tried adjusting the setting, ie lowering the buffer, etc, but nothing seems to work! The Midi cable itself is a short cable, less than 6ft.
The same problem occurs when I use Sibelius, and when I connect my drum module via MIDI!
Has anyone had this problem before and managed to solve it?!
Any help would be much appreciated!!
