MIDI Connection to 15 Pin Gameport

I am new to MIDI and want to connect workstation to my PC. My workstation has a 5 pin MIDI output. My PC has an integrated sound card and has got a 15 pin port. How can I make the connection. The place where I stay does not have any standard chord available for this purpose. I will have to make on my own. If I have to make it on my own then I would require to know how to connect the leads. Also is the chord would be sufficient or an interface (e.g. the one produced by MOTU) would be essential. If yes, then why? Please let me know....

Simple. Any decent music store will carry a midi
to joystick cable, $15 bucks. If you dont have
any stores nearby, http://www.samash.com should carry
them.

You dont need a midi interface with just one
keyboard, the midi to joystick cable will have
a midi in and midi out, just connect it to
your joystick slot and you are ready to rock.
