Sennheiser e825s

Got a few mics to let go.

Sennheiser E-825. I actually have 2 of these to sell. They are excellent live vocal mics. I havent used them in years cause I bought their big brothers 835 and 845. These two are in very good condition, with some scuffs in the paint from being in a bag together. They work perfectly. They had very light use, and never by anyone but me personally or my hot gf. No stinky people, they stil smell new. (stink mic is a problem with some live vocal mics) These will absolutely blow away a SM-58. These are the S model with an on/off switch. Made in Germany. $60 each shipped in US.

Oh yeah, I'll also include a quality mic cable with each of these mics.

Paypal preferred, good guys list approved! :)

If someone wants both of these, they can have them both for $XXX even. They will also include mic clips and carrying bag...I forgot to mention that before.

Though I do prefer Paypal, I can also take money orders. I didn't want to leave anyone out.

**EDIT**
I see these aren't going for that much on Ebay anymore and I always want to make my HR friends good deals, not rip them off. I will sell these for $40 each or both for $75 shipped. -thanks

Hi I saw your post on my mic question.

I`m very intrested, I`m not much of a wizz on the paypal, in fact all my overseas dealings have been done via bidpay.
but I hope we can work something out.

the title says you also have a C-1...still have it and how much if so?

What he said, though obviously he now has dibs on it and... I... am now... posting......why???

nevermind

How do the e825, 835, and 845 sound in respect to each other?

I like all of them. But it depends on the source, really. The 845 is more detailed than the others, and sounds best on my own voice. I don't hear a giant difference between the 825 and 835. I do hear a difference with the 845 pretty easily. It sounds more hifi and has a smoother presence to it. It also has better rejection for a live stage than the others. I choose any of these mics over a SM-58 though. These and my Audix OM5/OM7 are my favorites for live use. The Audix mics are a little crisper and seem to have more bass response, too. Not better than the Sennheisers, just a little different sound.

All of this is through hearing them in PA monitors. I don't use these mics to record. I did use the 825's once as overheads in a pinch on a REALLY old recording and they did their job.

btw- all mics are sold.
