Mic Stands

Onstage stands are totally unsuitable for using LDC's as OH mics. There, I've said it. Other than that, they are cheap, probably OK for anything that doesn't invole extending the boom horizontally more than about 6" with anything heavier than, say, a sheet of paper on the threaded end.

Yeah, you just have to treat them with kid gloves.

Yeah, no problem with OnStage stuff, but I am not hard on things usually.
