"Flat" is only in the eye of the boobholder.....

But geographically (or topologically) speaking, I'd have to say yes, Kansas is pretty flat......it's not level......since it is possible to be flat and not level at the same time.....flat in no way implies level.....but level might seem to suggest flat.....which is never to infer sharp!
