Mic collection SLOWLY growing

Ok, I ditched the idea of a sm58 for my first dynamic mic and decided ot go for a Sennheiser E835s. So the mic locker is SLOWLY but surely growing from scratch. I've got a SP B1 and the E835. Next on the list is gonna be a pair of 603's I think, and maybe a Blue Ball and another B1 later in the summer when I start working.

The B3, for a little more than the B1, will give you an omni and a lot of versatility--or step up to a C3.

Just keep an eye out for blowout sales and ebay deals, and add more pieces as the deals pop up.

I never think about buying mics. But about two weeks ago I went to GC. I saw Oktava MK-319s at $75 ea. I bought 2. I also bought 1 Oktava ML-52 Ribbon Mic for $199. So, I never look for deals, I just stumble upon them an my mic locker grows by itself.

I just had a second look at my mic list that I posted to another thread. Of the 20 mic's I personally own, I consider myself to have paid a "fair price" for 6 of them and to have gotten a "killer deal" on 14 of them. You can definately save a lot of cash if you're patient and keep your eyes open.
