Your guitar grew some balls. Sounds MASSIVELY HUGE. I like the "fake" drums, too. Hat might be a little loud, or it may be a loop and I may be nitpicking. That bass...that has to be a keyboard; if not, it's a great bass tone. If it IS, well then, I guess it's still a great bass tone then, isn't it? lmao. I'm actually not crazy about your cookie monster vocal on here, but that's probably just b/c I like the first vocals a whole lot.

I'm just noticing the strings in the beginning, nicely done. Nice 'modern' intervals in the strings.

The guitar is so huge, and round, you are the guitar compression master. We have much to learn.

Begin with the strings ... Build up from strings ... come down from the strings ... nice.

Man this may be your best sound yet and that says a lot. Those guitars are HUGE. The space on this is great. I can't say enough about the guitar tone. It may be the best heavy tone and space I have heard here (at least in a while) and that says a ton.

I don't think I would change a thing, even the gruffy voice . My only complaint is maybe the first vocal seems like it is being sung from a little far back. Maybe you were further from the mic or something or the FX are doing something. I mean I hear them clearly and level wise they seem fine. They just seem to lack a little presence. I probably would not complain about them later in the song, but it is the first vocal out and I think it should grab you a little more. Then again maybe that was what you were going for!

I give you a grammy for the bass/kick /snare!! Clear and punchy with good definition, no low end clouds.. Hat is loud enough to me just could stand a bit of 15k'ish highend crisp here and maybe drop out some 9-10k. More keys.... Guitar is holdin it`s own dude..

Bring the vocals up . Seriously, they're covered a bit by the guitars. Not much, but a bit.

Nice use of keyboards - very simple, but they add a nice touch to the chorus.

Damn... i dig that verse groove man. .....Undeniable!! ....ranks right up there with Fruity Pebbles (the undisputed king of breakfast cereals). I like this tune ALOT.... definitely among my fave's from you. Are you running some kind of mastering compression on this. I know youve been messing w/ the waves stuff. The rhythms sound big and TOIT!! ...but it sounds like there is a very slight filtering across the whole mix in the high end that might be a result of compression. ...I dunno.....

Sounds great. Love the variety in the vocals - I feel like there were 3 "characters". The cookie monster (I mean that in a good way) vocals make a great contrast. Last post I saw of yours (or maybe it was some guy named BSabbath) you asked about vocals. They definitley do justice to the music this time, and that ain't easy given your music. Very Cool!

Glad your back singing again dude!! Sorry for being so damn late, but i've been moving all my gear to a studio me and one of my friends built a couple yr's back. Got it all set up now...but no monitor's at home anymore just some crap pc speaker's, so I probably don't belong here anymore. But i'm still gonna fuckin listen to some tunes .

I liked this a lot man, drums sounded great even on these cheap speakers. Guitars and vox alway's rule! Was there a bass in this? j/k. Great tune sami, keep singing bro!*****

I've been meaning to check this one out. Love that opening! Very eerie and definitely has a "sam" vibe to it right off the bat. Nice vocals (as always...you just need to break down and admit it, man, you CAN sing!) Maybe would just like to hear them a bit louder in the mix...they are kind of buried there. One of these days you and Sluice are going to need to collaborate vocally...you both have vocal styles that can complement each other very well (if you guys haven't done it already...if you have, you'll need to point me to it. Would love to check it out)

I programmed the drums in Fruity Loops, but the samples come from a Roland TD-8 percussion sound module.. (midi out of the computer into the TD-8)

I'm always trying new stuff with the guitars, but this chain went---> guitar tuned to drop C#----> Boss pedals----> into Pod Pro---> into a blue max compressor---> into a Behringer mixer---> into a stand alone recorder.. (Tascam 788)

I doubled them (played twice).... They were panned a little less than full..

the bass was from an Alesis QS6.1.. I ran that through the Blue max compressor and Behringer mixer, and did some low cuts.. both my real basses need a setup..

The strings are from a Roland XV 20-20..

the only thing programmed was the drums..

I ripped the wave from a CD and imported it into Sonar.. I added some e.q. and limiting..

I agree it could definitely use some sparkle..
