Metal tones from a non-metal guy (clip inside)

I've had my GK Backline 100 amp for about 7 yrs. now. I've never recorded with it,but I remember that I could get some good metal tones out of it. Anyway I found a cool Heavy Metal backing track. Anyway I recorded this direct from the amp using the recording/compensated direct out send. Here's the result with a pretty decent metal tone.

The tone has much more of a 70's rock vibe to it for me. I like it, but it is too buzzy for metal IMO. I guess it kinda depends in what kind of metal you are going for, but yeah, like I said, I like it for a smoky 70's hard rock tone.
