I get Evil Wind after a curry sometimes.

You've made a good job of capturing really amps if their not sims.
Probably a little too much gain though, try rolling off a little of the gain and going for something a touch less scoopy.
The guitars are both a bit flubby and mushy at the bottom - you could do with tightening this up a bit.
Really like the cleans (although the wind effect is cheesy)
The bass seems too quiet, dialing back the gain a bit and bringing the bass up slightly could help a lot.
Lead sounds excellent.
Now this is a song writing thing - not a mix - but you could do with adding something else into it towards the end - as it gets quite repetative - maybe a few lead licks.
I think the vocal is too clean and in front. Maybe give it a touch more reverb and a possibly a little gain.

Hi there,

Thanks for the feedback. I will work on your ideas.

Some things I think need to change are:

The drums are a bit loud - I think I need to back the drums down 2-3 dB in the final mix
I want to try a parallel distorted track for the bass mixed with the "clean" one to make it more prominent without overwhelming the mix
I want to try to add some high freq distortion to the snare to make it "cut" more even when I reduce the volume and maybe back of the reverb a bit.
Maybe make the vocals a little fatter - not sure how...

Another thing that would sound cool on the cleans is a bit of chorus and/or delay.

This is just personal preference but the kick could use more attack IMO. Try a boost at 4-7kHz, you may not like that though. I also think the kick would cut better if you did good cut in the boxy area (usually 250-600Hz, I usually find it around 300Hz).

Again just personal preference but I think the bass would have sounded better with new brighter strings like pro steels. I hear it fine but it's all body and no presence.

The guitars sound good. Really good actually. The only thing I would do if you didn't do it (and this won't change much) is roll off the extreme lows if you didn't (under 100hz, possibly under 80hz as it's really not essential freq for guitar and just muddys up the bass).
