Melodyne help!!!

my dad just got me melodyne and i am running it with protools 6.4 le
i used fxpansion to get it to rtas because it wasnt detecting it as rtas .. whenever i play something on the host track the host meter DOES show that audio is being played but whenever i press transfer nothing gets recorded!! it just says "waiting for audio" whenever i am not pressing it it says "press transfer"
help!!!

oh yeah..that is melodyne plug in ..

now this may be a pointless question but... you did hit play after hitting the transfer button right?

i did but the thing is that nothing is even being recorded onto melodyne ..it just says transfer but nothing gets trasfered ..i know some orange bar should come up whenever i am transfering but its defenetly not. i already went on a bunch of forums and stuff to look on how to fix it and i am seriously thinking just going autotune..

I take it that you're not rewiring Melodyne into Protools right?

Even still, you should be able to import (Or should I say open up) the project inside of Melodyne to use standalone.

Go into file/Open and find your project and it should open in Melodyne......
