I was going to say that there was a thread about this the other day.. But you were the one that made it.
 
yeah, i have been looking for some high end stuff. i was looking at the origin, but the thought of 8 channels of that stuff is really appealing.
 
How does the Millenia compare price-wise to the Grace 802?

Of course, now, you're going to start looking around your room and wondering how best to treat it because that pre's going to pick up the sound a gnat makes when it farts! (But it'll sound damn good!)
 
FWIW there was a Crane Song Spider for sale over at Gearslutz for $5K. I'd grab it myself, but I can't really justify another one, since I don't track that many mics at once...
