Sure. Every conservationist knows you can't juggle a marmoset. And especially not with a Royal Dalton china tea cup. I'm open to correction, however.

I made a kick drum out of 10ply maple shell, 12 lugs, and vinyl laminate...nope, hang on, I used a VST

In the future just use a megaphone. That's always how I've seen it done.

Yep. Or even better: just realize that there's not a single song left on this planet that needs another megaphone sound, AM radio sound, or Cher over-tune sound on the vocals.
