Never mind my above post...The slimey coward that has been harrassing people doesn't even have the spine to leave his posts up. Obviously, that wasn't directed at you, Dogman.

You`ve worked out a great sound with the new pre, all of your tracks bares a fine signature now.

Your vox trax just keeps on improving, this one sounds so airy, its the sound I`ve been chasing all my life with no luck :mad: :D ..

the tune has a nice quality pop feel to it as well, really radio ready.

Keep those hits comming, ramster. :)

Half the time I go to my site, it starts the wrong tune. I'll have to ask them about that. If it doesn't start "SKY", just refresh the page when you get there.

Dude , there's some ferociously good tones around this one. Good laid back feeling, a good ram jam. Everything sounds good to me. Yeah the chorus has an eagles vibe with those harmonies. Maybe a little loud and/or wide there on my system. That's my only nit here.

As I was listening I couldn't help but think that this is a very finely crafted song, with many intricate parts woven together to form an outstanding final result.

Queen, Beatles, Eagles, a few influences come to mind (vocals and riffs).

You continue to impress with your writing, playing and recording......

Yeah it's a cool change of pace, just don't do too many "laid back" tracks in a row, then we start to worry ;)

Pilot! What a hoot. Their biggest hit down here was JANUARY "January...sick n tired you've been hanging on me. You make me sad with your eyes, you're telling me lies" Magic "Ho Ho Ho it's magic - you know, never believe it's not so." was a hit too as well as the soundtrack to an advert for a FUN PARK.
They were considered almost as bubblegum as the Bay City Rollers though considered very good musicians as well.
I reckon RAMI might want to be closer to the Rubettes - "Sugar Baby Love" now that he has his harmonies in the sweet zone (though the rhythms are in the sweat zone).
Just josh'n folks.

No probs. It's amazing the junk I carry around in my head. I loved the little link to the Pilot soongs. Took me WAY back.
I was actually impressed by Pilot originally as the singer played a Rickenbacker bass. The guitarist played a double necked SG. See - more trivia.
 
OH man, I remember Pilot now. I rmember "Magic", but not "January". For a pop band, they actually played well, you can hear they wanted to be heavy, but had to stay extremely pop.
