md441 clip

I just bought a used MD441 and it didn't come with a clip. Anybody know a place that sells 441 clips or and ideas on how to make one? I'm trying to stay away from using a homemade shockmount just because of the mics odd shape. Any thoughts or ideas would be great.

Thank you much for the link. Anybody else heard of anything about a homemade clip for the mic? Spending 30 bucks for a clip is a pain but if ya gotta do it, then so be it.

I was in the same boat. I froogled it and found it online, but most of the places you had to have it special ordered. You will not find it less than $30, and i would avoid a homemade one.

Oh my God, what a great mic! Worth every penny of the $235 I paid for it used!

Yeah it is expensive but its rubber and very durable, the clear plastic version is even more expensive and fragile.

You could get a universal shockmount cheaper:

Thanks for the links. I had seen some of those on Ebay before. I think I might try to make one just to humor myself. Hell, it will only take a few bucks, if that, to make. Plus, I think I will make it so its not so bulky as the other universals are. I just need it for this one mic.
