MF has it for $119...it was $149 there when you originally posted so it has dropped $30 since.....im pretty sure its being discontinued is the reason for the price....

Not the same card

The card Fusion2 is referring to is a Delta 410. The card Gidge linked to is a DIO (an all digital interface). MF has the 410 for $199, not $119. The DIO is $119. Different animal . Just wanted to clarify.
