Ozone Rocks

First time posting on this forum (been reading for awhile). Running Vegas Pro and using Ozone by Izotope for Mastering. It's VERY cool and has an excellent manual (free online). I had to upgrade my computer to make it work, but it was worth it. They also offer a "free" demo which will quickly drive you crazy so you will cough up the money to buy their stuff...

I tried the Ozone demo. I could just not get it to do something good with it. It look like space mission control and made everything sound terrible. Should have read that manual I guess.

Not that any of us sitting fiddling with computers can do any real mastering since we aren´t mastering engineers and dont have a mastering facility at our disposal, but what I use to do something to that extent is db-audioware´s plugin pack. Works ok...

For my wav editing, as I've been instructed to call it, I use the Wave Gold Bundle and Steinberg Mastering plug-ins along side both Wavelab and SoundForge. This setup seems to work extremely well for me and my results have been very satisfactory.
