Mastering Services Combined W/ Mix Critique?

Hey does anyone know of any good master engineers who would also come back with suggestions for your mix? For example if I submit a track and the engineer thinks it'll sound better if the vocals need less reverb are there good engineers who will offer up the advice as well?
 
You can get heaps of advice on your recording simply by posting it in the MP3 clinic here
 
This has always been part of my service since 1999. If someone's mix is bad, the master will be bad too. So, I give all of my clients detailed advice on how to fix their mixes FIRST.
