Umm...that is not mastering, putting a muti-band comp on a mix bus has nothing to do with mastering at all to be honest.
Might want to acquire a mastering eng in your area. In the mean time do some research on the technique and when your done researching, research some more. You will find as study the art how much really goes into mastering and why acquiring a ME until you completely learn the art is just a better option (and way less of a headache).
Some things that go in to mastering
- Environment, perfect room & treatment
- Hardware (and additional mastering tools)
- Experience, and proper mastering technique
