marshall jcm 800 50 w combo

hey guys - i have one of these from the early 80's in fair shape...def not a collector's piece. i bought it for 400. i'm looking at selling it and they seem to be all over the map. if i put 200 into it with a serious marshall guy - could i get my money back and a bit more by selling it for 6-8?

Depends if it says 2204 with the verticle inputs.

yeah it is...awesome amp...and for a while a sleeper...wondering if it still is!

ps - weird you respond and have a jefferson quote...i spent a lot of today reading malone's 5 work of his bio!
