The JMI Vox amplifiers ARE NOT Jim Marshall Inc.!!!!! JMI stands for Jennings Musical Instruments (JMI), headed by Tom Jennings and Dick Denney.
AND
Marshall microphones are NOT made by Marshall Amplification. They are made by Marshall electronics and are in NO WAY related!
Marshall amplification does not rule the world!
