o.k. i'm not sure if this was covered in an other post.
i'm mixing my own cd's using acid 4.0, i want to seperate my songs on my cd, i dont know how to insert markers or seperation points between my songs so when you play the cd in your system at home or car radio you can skip to other songs on the cd. If anybody as a clue or if i should be usingan other software let me know, i like acid cause theres a bunch of stuff i can do with it but i'm still stuck at this point and i'm tired of making one track cd's!!!

let me know if that makes sence and if you can help!

Have a great day!

either get a copy of cd architect or do it the cheap and easy way.1)burn each song to it's own cd then load them into windows media player and burn them that way or 2)render each song in acid to it's own .wav file then place them in acid that way you will save the blank cd's. however, you will you alot more space on your hard drive so be sure you can spare it if you choose #2.

all you have to do is render the songs as individual Wav files and load them into any CD burning program.

Nero works well.

are you making your own songs in Acid, or are you making DJ style mix cd's that fade from one song to the next without any gaps?
