someone know this soundcard??

better this thing.. or the audiophile 2496? (or whats the best for $160 or less?)

im a guitar player with a boss gt6 multi effects to plug in!!(3/4. digital. midi. outs)

my sistem:
p4, 512 ram...

i more.....

in - outs, balanced - unbalanced... whatsthe difference, unbalanced=less quality? sorry im a rookie!
