Hi! I'm new at this forum and I need an answer quickly.
I got a Mackie Control Universal (the grey one) and it work perfectly... until now it cannot open anymore!
When I powered on, the LCD shine but the mackie doesnt move any fader or do anything...
What can I do to solve that?
